Healthy Families

Zimbabwe is one large agricultural community that prides itself on its history of agriculture and sustainability. However, economic collapse and the reduction of commercial farms has left families unemployed and with limited resources on the ground for survival. Rainwater collection, gray water harvesting, and conservation farming with minimal tillage are a few ways that families can continue to grow food in their village or at their home in town. Using unconventional methods of agriculture can bring sustainability to families and communities as they begin to grow food for a better diet and a healthier lifestyle.
